After a weekend of glorious spring weather, some of us have awoken to snow on the ground again, some see it in the forecast for this week. A good reminder that winter isn't over yet!
We are now on the back half of the season, hard to believe that we have only 6, yes that's right, SIX more weeks of programming at Panorama for Nancy Greene Sunday's & U8/U10 (last program day is April 13th)! Our U12/14/16 & FIS programs run through the end of April with additional training and calendared competitions.

One day? 2 days? more days? Not sure how to get involved, or where your skill set can best be used? Reach out to our Volunteer Coordinator Marina Perry at marinaperry@shaw.ca and she will gladly help!
The PMR KICK BACK: your volunteer days ($35 per day) are credited towards your seasons pass for the following season, or day tickets at Panorama (3 volunteer days = 1 lift ticket, or $105 value)
This event and all other ski races we host are put on by an entirely volunteer run organizing committee! Incredible, as it is thousands of manpower hours over the course of the planning and event! WVSC hosted races are an important revenue generator for our club, and we always want your help!
Provide Accommodations!
No time? No problem! Do you have accommodations at Pano that you are not using/are available between April 4th and 12th? Consider donating it to the event! If interested or have any availability, please reach out to Brianne at wvskiclub@gmail.com.
We have a number of volunteers and technical staff that come from outside of the Invermere Valley area, bringing their expertise and time to help us execute successful events. Budget relief to the event in this area is a direct benefit to WVSC.

WVSC's BBQ has gone missing so we're on the hunt for a hand me up, if you're thinking of getting a new one, we'd be happy to offer your 'old' one it's next home!
RACING!! Our programs have been busy racing in recent weeks with many great results! Dusan reports that the effort being put in by athletes and coaches is showing on the hill and in the results, well done to everyone.
